Welcome to Edmonton Ringette Active Start!
Active Start (for ages 4 - 7) is the introductory program for ringette, and feeds into the U10 program (for ages 7 - 9). Register your athlete born in the following birth years for Active Start:
The Active Start program will provide 1-2 ice times per week. It is an introduction to ringette, with a primary focus to skating, ring handling, passing, checking, shooting, small area games. The emphasis of the program is on active involvement, participation, and FUN. The cost for the Full 2022-23 season (October-March) is $150.00 plus the Ringette Alberta fee of $61.00. REGISTER HERE!
Players will be introduced to the concept of informal games in a 1/2 or cross-ice format. There will be no scorekeeping. Players will be able to participate in the Silver Ring tournament at the Active Start level.
The season will run from October 2022 to mid/end of March 2023 (approx. 22 weeks).

The season will run from January 7, 2023 to mid/end of March (approx. 10 to 12 weeks).

Each player will be provided with a jersey for them to keep. Jerseys for the Active Start program have been generously donated by Simply Supper!
