Welcome to the EFCLRA coach's page. This is where you will find all the resources and contact information you will needed to make you season enjoyable for you and your players. 2021/2022 will be a year to remember. Volunteering to coach a ringette team is a huge responsibility and Edmonton Ringette thanks you for everything you do. As sport leagues begin to start up again in 2021 new rules and safety protocols are being developed to address the highest level of safety we can achieve for the players, coaches, officials, volunteers and our families. We will continue to update this page with helpful information and tools so please check back often. If you have any questions or suggestions regarding coaching, please contact Ryan Devlin, our Coaching Director at coaching@edmontonringette.com
The courses are run by Ringette Alberta and Ringette Canada. Simply login into your account or go to this link and follow the instructions to set up your new accounts. https://ringettealberta.com/how-to-register/
The education/training you require is based on the age group and the position you are volunteering for. Those requirements can be found here https://ringettealberta.com/team-staff-requirements/
Once you have determined the requirements, education/training clinic schedules can be found here https://ringettealberta.com/coaching-courses-schedules/ Scroll down to the tab of the course(s) you want to take and view the dates and times. As classes fill up, new ones may be added based on demand, however I recommend getting done as soon as you can.
