New and Improved U12 Development Sessions

Edmonton Ringette U12 Development 

Edmonton Ringette is pleased to announce the return of U12 Development Program for the 2019/2020 season.

The U12 Development Program offers 6 on-ice skill sessions led by experienced Edmonton Ringette Coaches and Edmonton Ringette U19 Players. The on-ice sessions will teach skills and strategy to help as U12 players transition from U10 and move into U14. These skills and strategies include ring control, power skating, defensive play, offensive play, and shooting.

The program also offers 6 off-ice, dryland training sessions. The dryland sessions are led by Jayne Balogun, CEO and Founder of Inner Athlete Inc. Jayne offers a training plan that involves strength building, team building, mental training movement, coordination, and balance.
