Tournament Details

• Full payment required at the time of registration.
• Registration closes November 18, 2023 @ 11:59 pm. Teams withdrawing after acceptance and before registration closure will receive a registration refund minus $25 admin/processing fee)
• Teams will be notified of acceptance by 11:59pm on November 23, 2023.
• Teams not accepted will be refunded by November 30, 2023.
• Teams withdrawing after acceptance will not receive a refund; if the vacated spot can be filled by a team of the same competition level, consideration will be given to providing a full or partial refund (to be determined based on timing of withdrawal and impact to tournament planning).
• Completed rosters will be required after acceptance and by December 15, 2023.
