Our Branding & Apparel Policy supports a consistent Edmonton Ringette identity while promoting affordability, encouraging apparel reuse, reducing waste, and fostering pride within our ringette community. The policy applies to all players, parents/guardians, coaches, team staff, volunteers, and affiliated parties.
Consistent branding helps Edmonton Ringette:
Game jerseys are provided by Edmonton Ringette and must be worn for all games throughout the season.
All U14 and older skaters (excluding goaltenders) are required to wear Edmonton Ringette Mosspro purple and white ringette pants during league, exhibition, and tournament games.
Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches must wear Edmonton Ringette coach jackets/hoodies during games. Edmonton Ringette provides financial support toward approved coaching apparel purchases on a two-year cycle.
All Edmonton Ringette names, logos, and branding elements remain the property of Edmonton Ringette. Permission is required to use Edmonton Ringette branding outside approved applications. Official logo files and colour standards can be requested through: admin2@edmontonringette.com

No. The intent of the policy is not to create unreasonable costs for families. Players in their final year of U19 are not expected to purchase new game pants if they are nearing the end of their ringette career.
Requests for exemptions should be submitted through your Division Director, who will bring them forward for review. Edmonton Ringette recognizes that accommodations may be appropriate in certain circumstances.
Yes. Based on coach feedback, players should have either one black and one white practice jersey or a reversible black/white practice jersey to support team practices and drills.
No. Families may purchase Edmonton Ringette-branded practice jerseys through the online store or obtain suitable black and white practice jerseys from another source.
Yes. Teams may purchase a limited number of low-cost items, such as water bottles, stickers, or decals, that celebrate their team identity. Teams must continue to represent the Edmonton Ringette brand through their apparel.
Yes. Teams may use another supplier provided all Edmonton Ringette branding, logo, colour, and customization requirements are followed. Approved logo files can be requested from Edmonton Ringette.
No. Edmonton Ringette recognizes that a transition period is required. Existing coach apparel may continue to be used while the association works through its planned apparel replacement cycle.
