What rinks we will be playing at?
We will be scheduling games at Castle Downs, Clareview and Canadian Athletic Club (CAC) Arenas. Tournament HQ will be at Castle Downs.
Will there be a merchandise supplier on site?
Yes! Express Yourself Creations will be onsite at Castle Downs Arena with tournament and ringette merchandise/swag on Saturday January 18, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Is there tournament swag provided for each team?
Canadian Brewhouse has generously provided a pasta party for the Open C teams, during the tournament in place of tournament swag. The information was emailed out to all teams' tournament contacts.
The Italian Centre Shop Bakery has also generously subsidized doughnuts to be provided to each team which will be available for pick up from the welcome table in Castle Downs, Friday January 17, 2025.
Important Points to Note
- Every effort will be made to provide teams with the best possible draw configurations. Absolutely no changes will be made to the game schedule once it is complete.
- The Game schedule will be posted on our tournament website as soon it is complete, no later than the first week of January. PLEASE be patient and allow our volunteers to enjoy the holiday season. DO NOT expect a schedule to be complete before January 2nd.
- Coaches/Managers information packages will be emailed prior to the tournament. Please ensure it is read by coaches and managers.
