We are happy to announce we have scheduled the 2025 AGM for:
Thursday, May 8 2024 at 6:30pm
In-person at the IMAX Theatre at the TELUS World of Science, 11211 142 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5M 4A1
(the meeting will have a Hybrid option)
Please note that for attending the AGM in-person, your family will receive a one time use $50 discount code for a singular registration in the upcoming season to be used by no later than July 15, 2025.
With the AGM quickly approaching, we also have several vacancies on the board, these are the following positions available:
President (2 year term)
1st Vice President (2 year term, transition to President following)
2nd Vice President (2 year term, transition to 1st VP, and President following)
Player Development Director
Coaching Director
Silver Ring Director
U10 Director (1-2 year terms)
U16 Director (2 year term)
Active Start Director (1 year term)
Inclusion Coordinator (1 year term)
Social Media Coordinator (2 year term)
Equipment Director (2 year term)
Volunteer Coordinator (1 year term)
