We are happy to announce we have scheduled the 2026 AGM for:
Wednesday May 6, 2026 at 7:00 PM
In-person at Multi-Purpose Room 4, Terwillegar Booster Juice Rec Centre, 2051 Leger Rd NW, Edmonton, AB T6R 0R9
(the meeting will have a Hybrid option)
Please note that for attending the AGM in-person, your family will receive a one time use $50 discount code for a singular registration in the upcoming season to be used by no later than June 30, 2026.
With the AGM quickly approaching, we also have several vacancies on the board, these are the following positions available:

Bingo Coordinator
Casino Coordinator
